Location: Mount Brasso Estate is located in the small, quiet village of Brasso Seco in the Northern Range. This area is a noted bird watching and nature retreat offering a variety of exciting hiking trails, rivers, waterfalls and the scenic Caribbean coastline. The Village is a small community, about an hour and half drive from Waterville. The villagers are of mixed Amerindian descent and many live off the land.

Facilities: The 15 acre Estate has a river running through it which if followed takes you to a beautiful private waterfall. A large “copper” formerly used for distilling sugar cane juice in the production of rum is now used as a plunge pool.

Living: The amenities are basic but charming in a former cocoa plantation house. Double room, living room, bath, outside kitchen. Dormitory upstairs.

Arrival/Departure: Daily.

Minimum stay: One night.
